    Your responsibilities:


    • Assist the Head of Legal and Compliance and the Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer in covering all aspects of the Bank's regulatory compliance activities;
    • Carry out 'ex-ante' reviews of the Bank's promotional material and marketing content to ensure it is compliant with all applicable rules and internal manuals;
    • Process of requests for information and other orders received from the competent authorities, whether in Malta or abroad;
    • Assist in the implementation of measures to be taken to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations and standards;
    • Provide training, where necessary, on the relevant policies, procedures and regulations;
    • Support the identification of practical and feasible solutions for the Bank's business requirements;
    • Assist in implementing the compliance processes and procedures across all the institution's business units;
    • Assist in conducting compliance risk assessments of the various functions, while proposing process improvements where appropriate;
    • Keep up-to-date with existing and upcoming regulations affecting the business and being pro-active in proposing and implementing processes for compliance with the same;
    • Escalate all concerns and issues, as appropriate, to the Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer and the Head of Legal and Compliance;
    • Support the implementation of the Regulatory Compliance Plan;
    • Support the gathering of data and the compilation of information needed to compile internal and external reports;
    • Support the reviewing and testing of the relevant Bank functions in relation to the above.
