May represent the organization before federal or state legislations. Additionally, Regulatory Relations Liaison requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Regulatory Relations Liaison typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Oceans Healthcare will expand behavioral health services in Jackson, opening fall 2024. Oceans Healthcare of Jackson, a 77-bed facility will expand inpatient capacity for adult and senior behavioral health patients and add new services, including an intensive outpatient program. The freestanding hospital will be located on the St. Dominic's campus.

The Community Liaison (CL) is responsible for implementing the daily duties within the Community Education Plan that will provide for the establishment and maintenance of long-term community relationships with referral sources, resulting in increased utilization of hospital services.
