We are looking to fill a Provider Liaison Specialist role. This is a full-time, hybridposition. In addition to the hourly salary, the role is eligible to participate in a quarterly incentive plan earning up to an additional $20,000 annually! The ideal candidate lives in the Las Vegas, NV.

Position Summary
The Provider Liaison Specialist will manage Infusion For Health’s provider development, relationships, sales, and marketing across several clinics.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the healthcare or health services industries and experience collaborating with healthcare providers.
This position will work in conjunction with outside reps throughout the region. The Provider Liaison Specialist will develop and manage relationships with strategic high-volume physician practices that refer patients needing infusion treatment, offer Infusion For Health's services, and provide assistance and support to assigned physician practices and staff.
The ideal candidate will be able to establish new relationships with practices, educate physicians and their staff about Infusion For Health’s services, and support these practices in referring their patients.
In addition, they will partner with Infusion For Health’s care coordinators, marketing, and care success managers to evaluate and continually improve the effectiveness of how Infusion For Health supports referring practices.
They also develop, execute, and report to management on sales development plans that include performance on key metrics, resources required to drive growth, and investments needed to improve efficiency.
An outside representative position would be a potential next step following development in this role.

The hourly pay range for this role is expected to be between $25-$26.50. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set.
The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
