    Vighter LLC is recruiting a CBP Liaison that facilitates the mediation between CBP and CBP Medical Services Program PMO to proactively solve conflicts and address issues with an expeditious and efficient approach. The CBP Liaison will act as the middle person to streamline operations, resolve issues promptly, improve communications, and generally ensure that the relationship is as beneficial as possible.

    MISSION :CBPs Office of the Chief Medical Office (OCMO) employs a family medicine model to provide frontline medical care for persons in CBP custody. This model provides a team of medical professionals comprised of physicians, advanced practice providers (e.g., physicians assistants, nurse practitioners), clinical support staff (e.g., Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Paramedics, EMTs, Certified Medical/Nursing Assistants), and other support staff (Patient Safety Risk Managers and Electronic Health Records Specialists). These contracted medical teams provide basic assessment and medical treatment for persons in CBP custody to include emergency care as needed. OCMO is committed to ensuring a system of care that is ethical, responsible, and accountable through surveillance and monitoring activities that are in place.

    Basic Requirements:

    • Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
    • Two years of experience in a related role.
    • Customer-oriented attitude.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships.
    • Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems promptly and with urgency.

    • Ability to ensure urgency when situation requires immediate action. Capability to negotiate with and influence others.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
    • Strong time-management skills and ability to organize and coordinate concurrent projects.
    • Analytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reports.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point), Apple Mac programs, Adobe Acrobat and social media web platforms

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maintains thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entity of contact (CBP).
    • Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business.
    • Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business.
    • Work collaboratively to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise.
    • Develop and foster relationships with the CBP community and others as advised.
    • Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and CBP.
    • Compile reports about specific incidents, events, or updates about important issues for the business.
    • Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could potentially occur between the business and CBP.
    • Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary/directed.
    • Act as a positive representation of the business and be available as needed.
    • Maintains confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
    • Uses independent judgement and initiative.
    • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Supervisory Controls:

    • Works under the administrative direction of the National Program Director.

    Physical Demands:

    • Able to walk, stand, bend, or sit for extended periods.
    • Able to reach to retrieve documents or supplies.
    • Able to carry materials and/or file boxes up to 30 pounds at times.
