Regulatory Relations Liaison jobs in Scranton, PA

Regulatory Relations Liaison is responsible for filing necessary applications and handling all government interactions pertaining to the regulation and certification process for a plant or other facility. Develops procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Being a Regulatory Relations Liaison prepares reports for top management detailing projects that may impact the organization's regulation status. May represent the organization before federal or state legislations. Additionally, Regulatory Relations Liaison requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Regulatory Relations Liaison typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Regulatory Relations Liaison typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     As a Hospital Liaison you are instrumental to marketing and ensuring a new residents have a smooth transition from acute to post-acute care. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect  by generating and managing referrals from hospitals, developing relationships with hospital discharge planning personnel, and developing and carrying out marketing and sales activities. Our residentswill depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

     

    To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

    As a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, one (1) year of experience in a marketing or similar role, ability to self-start and strong sales experience as well as interpersonal skills. Two (2) years of related experience, skilled nursing and previous experience developing and maintaining client relationships is preferable.
