This position will cover business developement for the entire state.

Acts as an advocate and marketer of company services to potential referral sources and the surrounding community. The purpose of this position is to ensure referral goals are met and the facilities receive proper referral of clients.

• Collaborate with the management team in planning outreach strategies to gain market share of referrals and potential clients
• Plans and executes outreach strategies
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism while working in the field and representing the Relief Mental Health brand
• Participate in conducting market research that is relevant to the industry such as competitive analysis, market surveys, SWOT and demographic analysis  
• Maintain or exceed census/referral goals set forth by the executive team
• Consistently participates in face to face interactions with referral sources.
• Work to develop new relationships with potential referral sources such as but not limited to: physicians, therapists, universities and competitors in an autonomous manner by drop ins, cold calling, and other means
• Demonstrate exceptional follow-up skills
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Maintain a weekly call log
• Maintains a record of contacts in CRM
• Work flexible hours that may include nights and/or weekends
• Other duties as assigned
• Up to 80% travel throughout assigned territory and beyond when necessary
• Represents the company at various conferences/ trade shows/ events/ etc.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

• Bachelor’s Degree or extensive experience in sales or marketing
• 1 – 2 years of experience in mental health industry is preferred
• 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience
• Reliable transportation for daily travel
• Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage that meets state requirements
