    The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.     Description

    Under general supervision and moderate direction, evaluates and reports on the effectiveness of security and compliance controls as well as risk mitigation strategies in IT and business environments.


    Responsibilities

    With guidance provides consultative services related to preestablished IT control patterns. Participates in the evaluation of risk and development of security standards, procedures, and controls to manage that risk, with a mindset of continuous process improvement. Effectively communicates technical issues to focused audiences. Begins to identify possible process improvements that address functional and technology gaps within a single business process of moderate complexity. Analyzes and prepare moderate to complex technology enabled recommendations to address gaps within a single business process.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor`s degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience
    • Generally, 3 years of professional experience
    • 3 years of Cybersecurity Experience
    • CISA or CIA Certifications are encouraged
    • Knowledge of new and emerging technologies, IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies, as well as security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications, and network protocols
    • Negotiation skills; strong oral and written communication skills; able to present to peer and senior contributors
    • Minimally assisted consultative skills, including the ability to understand and assist in applying customer requirements
    • Thorough understanding of backlog tracking, burndown metrics, and incremental delivery
    • Collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills required
