    What will you do?

    • Perform the human resource activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Is the “Go-To” for employee-related matters.
    • Manage the recruitment process through on-boarding new teammates; training and education programs.
    • Collaborate with team leaders regarding employee performance and development.
    • Administer payroll and benefits programs.
    • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner with the highest level of confidence, discretion and diplomacy.
    • Maintain a positive public image and is responsive to customers, constituents and colleagues.

    What education, experience, skills and competencies do I need?

    • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
    • Three (3) years experience in human resources, payroll and benefits role.
    • Initative, collaboration and teamwork.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Equity and inclusion.
