    Key Responsibilities: As an Agency Relations Specialist at SSIU, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our valued agency partners. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Conducting regular office visits with agents to strengthen collaborative partnerships.
    • Hosting quarterly meetings to review and discuss agency key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Initiating effective communication strategies, including calls, emails, and informational materials, for new product launches. This includes conducting webinars for quoting and binding instructions.
    • Facilitating monthly training calls on our web-based portal, providing comprehensive guidance on its functionalities to enhance user efficiency.
    • Serving as the primary point of contact for new agents, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
    • Managing the offboarding process for agents leaving the agency network.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in agency relations or a similar role within the insurance industry preferred.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
    • Familiarity with insurance products and industry trends.
    • Willingness to travel for occasional office visits.
