    The Account Representative responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing strong relationships with clientele, and connecting with key executives and stakeholders as the liaison for TMG.  The Account Representative will be a key player in answering client queries, complaints and assist in developing key strategies on improving relationships with internal and external customers.

     The Account Representative reports to the TMG Operations Director daily. Responsibilities require advanced level of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point), internet research skills, customer service, organization, and project management skills.

     

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

     

    • Act as a point of contact between the management and internal/external clients.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and management.
    • Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
    • Clearly and concisely communicate the progress of month/quarterly initiatives to management.
    • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence.
    • Handle request and queries appropriately.
    • Complete daily tasks as assigned by management.
    • Maintain schedule, arrange meetings and appointments.   Must also provide reminders.
    • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
    • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
    • Always maintain confidentiality.
    • Pro-actively communicate with Management staff to help with time-sensitive projects.
    • Perform Field Surveys and Customer Satisfaction Surveys and develop methodologies on improvement for management review.
    • Always conducts self in a professional manner; maintains appropriate professional appearance.
    • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with others.
    • Participates in meetings or events as needed.
    • Evaluates own performance and assumes responsibility for professional development.
    • Follows and supports company policies and procedures.
    • Complete an End of Shift report every day and submit to Director of Operations via email.
    • Maintain control of company issued cell phone, ensuring calls are answered.
    • Maintain high standard of grooming as the Account Representative will communicate face to face with all levels of management at any time.

     

     

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Associates Degree or equivalent combination of training and relevant work experience as an Account Representative or relevant role.
    • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key individuals at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
    • Solid experience with Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions for customers need.
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Interpersonal, organizational, time management and leadership skills.
    • Creativity and self-initiative
    • An ongoing commitment to training in both areas of soft skills and technical skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience in handling confidential information and maintaining confidentiality of all information.

     

    Salary Position $45,000

    Bonus Potential

    Full Time 40 hours plus as needed
