    Role: Customer Relations Specialist

    Intelligent, friendly, and attentive, our brilliant teams are focused on doing the best for our customers. If you are resourceful and a confident communicator, this role will allow you to make a real difference to the customer experience.

    The duties are as follows:

    • Take ownership of each incoming complaint and compensation claim
    • Carry out a full assessment of the customer’s journey to be able to successfully resolve any dispute
    • Investigate, resolve and respond to complaints made by customers and third parties, always ensuring fair treatment of customers,
    • Provide support and assistance to teams across the business
    • Liaison with various third parties such as; Attorneys, Better Business Bureau, DCP, etc.
    • Identify improvements from across the business (anything from showroom appointments to installations
    • Identify and report on any processes that could result in a poor customer experience

    Qualifications

    • Complaint handling experience
    • Knowledge of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
    • Effective communication skills – both written and verbal
    • Strong computer skills
    • Customer Service experience
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

    Details

    Pay: $16-18/ hr

    Shift: 40 hours, 5 days per week (including evening and weekends)
