  • Adams Telephone Co-Operative is seeking to hire a full-time Regulatory Compliance Specialist. This individual will ensure that Adams Telephone Co-Operative is and remains in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Reviews reports affecting regulatory reporting to ensure accuracy, integrity, and uniformity.
    • Researches, interprets, and oversees new regulatory reporting requirements specific to our industry.
    • Coordinates updates of rates and all other regulatory tax changes impacting customer billing such as ARC, CBOL, FUSC, Sales tax, etc.
    • Oversees education, analysis of company impact, and implementation of all new regulatory items imposed by state and federal regulatory agencies like the Federal Communication Commissions, Illinois Commerce Commission, Universal Service Administrative Co., etc.

    Applicants must have skills with MS Office products and an Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent plus two years of related work experience.
