Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our healthcare team. As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the rehabilitation department. This is a leadership role that requires strong healthcare management skills and a deep understanding of rehabilitation practices.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of rehabilitation professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the rehabilitation department
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Utilize electronic medical record systems such as eClinicalWorks and Dentrix for documentation and practice management
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care provided by the rehabilitation department
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Manage the financial aspects of the rehabilitation department, including budgeting, billing, and reimbursement
- Implement utilization management strategies to optimize resource allocation

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and practices related to rehabilitation services
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record systems such as eClinicalWorks and Dentrix
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals
- Experience in financial management within a healthcare setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
