Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and practices related to rehabilitation services
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record systems such as eClinicalWorks and Dentrix
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals
- Experience in financial management within a healthcare setting
