As our Director of Rehabilitation, you will lead our rehabilitation department in providing top-tier care to our nursing home residents. You’ll oversee a team of therapists, develop tailored rehabilitation programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities Include

· Leadership and Management:

o Lead and mentor a team of therapists to deliver exceptional care.

o Develop and enforce policies for efficient rehabilitation services.

· Program Development and Coordination:

o Customize treatment plans to meet residents' needs and goals.

o Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

o Quality Assurance and

· Compliance:

o Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards.

o Conduct audits and implement quality improvement initiatives.

· Communication and Collaboration:

o Foster collaboration among staff and with external stakeholders.

o Maintain open communication with residents and families.

· Qualifications:

o Master's degree or Doctorate in Rehabilitation Therapy.

o State licensure as a therapist.

o 2 years of leadership experience in Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation

o Strong clinical skills and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
