Position Summary:

CNAs provide routine daily care to assigned patients in accordance with their clinical assessment and care plan.

Qualifications:

• Current state CNA license
• Active and current Basic Life Skills (BLS)

Responsibilities:

• Assists with patient personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning, etc.)
• Aides with physician-ordered medications which are ordinarily self-administered
• Ensures patient safety and comfort
• Monitors and reports on the health conditions of assigned patients

Carson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 24-hour skilled nursing facility located in Carson City. Our team of dedicated healthcare professionals works to help patients recover from surgery, injury or serious illness.
As a team, we strive to exceed the expectations of those we serve and our purpose is to provide our patients with positive rehabilitative therapy and exceptional nursing care.
