Maintenance Director Responsibilities
The Maintenance Director is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. As a Maintenance Director, you will ensure the center is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. The Maintenance Director is also responsible for the provision of quality laundry service.
