Rehabilitation Director - Nursing Home jobs in Paramus, NJ

Friedwald Center for Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking a Full-time Unit Clerk to join our team!

Our staff takes pride at working at our facility and we are looking for staff to join and do the same.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday from 8am to 4pm

Responsibilities:

• Filing and data entry
• Typing reports & correspondence as required
• Assisting with the admissions / discharge process,
• Relaying vital information to Nursing Staff & Medical Team
• Maintain medical records as per protocol, assist with filing medical charts as required
• Provide unit staff with need supplies and forms
• Inventories unit/office supplies & performs all other related duties
• Manges phone calls

Requirements:

• Be friendly, patient, reliable and customer service focused
• Be pleasant with a great phone manner & strong computer skills
• Have the ability to multi-task in high-pressure environment
• Be experienced working in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility in the same capacity
• Be knowledgeable in medical terminology
• Must have high school diploma
