Ensures efficient and effective operations for physical therapy, sports medicine, occupational therapy and speech departments. Being a Rehabilitation Services Manager identifies services through program planning and facilitates program development. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Rehabilitation Services Manager typically reports to a director. The Rehabilitation Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Qualifications and Skills:
You need a BA in Social Work, Psychology or a related field plus five years relevant experience in service delivery OR a BA in 3 years of supervised experience OR six years of supervised child welfare experience in residential care OR a combination of advanced education in a related field and experience equal to six years of related work in the field.
