Pay Scale: $15hr.

Summary: Responsible for providing support and care to meet the physical and psychological needs of consumers through providing direct and indirect care in PSR setting. PSR is in clubhouse setting separate from clinic in Pittsboro.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides supervision, recovery skills interventions and monitoring of each consumer. Assist with and model appropriate daily living skills.
• Document treatment progress of consumers which reflect treatment goals; document any reported or observed symptoms of consumers and report to the team.
• Participate in treatment team.
• Provide Transportation
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (Mandatory), AA degree and 2 years experience or a BS or BA degree and 1 year experience (Preferred). Must be 18 years of age and proficient in reading, speaking and writing.
