We are looking for Rehabilitation Therapy Manager to manage our PRN staff and full time staff with alternative schedules as well as a robust student extern program. The ideal candidate will have had at least 5 years of experience in In Patient rehab demonstrating progressive leadership responsibilities, has a working knowledge of IPR regulations including management of 3 hour rule, quality indicators and the quality improvement process. The candidate will be expected to provide patient care as needed and lead programs and projects that improve the operation of the therapy department.
As a Rehab Therapy Manager, you will oversee, guide and mentor the entire rehab team to ensure the plan of care for the patient population is being followed at all times.
