Rehabilitation Services Manager jobs in Fargo, ND
Rehabilitation Services Manager plans and implements the overall rehabilitation functions policies, procedures, and services. Ensures efficient and effective operations for physical therapy, sports medicine, occupational therapy and speech departments. Being a Rehabilitation Services Manager identifies services through program planning and facilitates program development. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Rehabilitation Services Manager typically reports to a director. The Rehabilitation Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Rehabilitation Services Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. BLS certified or ability to become certified within 1 month from hire date.

$31.02 - $46.53 / hourThe approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
