Assistant Food Service Directorresponsibilities include:

The Assistant Food Service Director together with the Dietary Manager/Director of Food service will conduct the team to create a menu and orchestrate the smooth running of the nursing home facility kitchen. Hiring, training and delegating necessary tasks to the dietary staff for the preparation and service of food are some of the Assistant Food Service Director responsibilites. 

Assistant Food Service Director Qualifications:

• Must have experience in a LTC/SNF environment
• Must be enjoy working with food and food preparations
• Serious applicants
• Pleasant disposition
• Enjoy working with the geriatric population
• Must be covid vaccinated or exempt
