Rehabilitation Services Supervisor - Home Care jobs in Flagstaff, AZ

Duties:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide support with mobility and transferring residents
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
- Monitor and document resident behavior and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor
- Implement behavior management techniques as directed by the care plan
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Respect and uphold resident rights and privacy
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality of resident information

Skills:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with resident transfers
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques, particularly for individuals with autism
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the facility

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• On call
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Flagstaff, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
