Responsibilities and Duties

• Build long-lasting relationships with Service Coordinators and additional referral sources
• Assist with onboarding Home Health Aides and scheduling them with clients
• Conduct caregiver payroll once a week
• Accept/decline cases given authorizations by external Service Coordinators and other referral sources
• Answer phones in an energetic and positive manner.- you are the face of our company!
• Respond to all email inquiries for new clients from referral sources
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all clients, potential clients and Home Health Aides at all times
• Work with the management team on remaining compliant with all client and Home Health Aide documentation
• Report new or lost cases to management
• Handle all necessary documentation required for onboarding new clients and staff
• Grow weekly hours billed and retain clients and staff
• Market the company and services in a professional, friendly manner - we are here to assist their needs!
• Document all interactions into timestamped software system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour
