- Oversee and manage the care services provided to residents in a healthcare facility
- Ensure that resident rights are respected and upheld at all times
- Review and evaluate documentation related to resident care, including medical records and care plans

- Valid nursing license (RN) required
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting
