Rehabilitation Services Supervisor - Home Care jobs in Los Angeles, CA

```Duties:```
- Oversee and manage the care services provided to residents in a healthcare facility
- Ensure that resident rights are respected and upheld at all times
- Review and evaluate documentation related to resident care, including medical records and care plans
- Supervise and provide guidance to nursing staff, ensuring that they adhere to established protocols and standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and therapists, to coordinate and optimize resident care
- Manage the budget for the care department, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and update care plans accordingly
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to resident care

```Qualifications:```
- Valid nursing license (RN) required
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and acute care practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to analyze complex situations, make sound decisions, and problem-solve effectively
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management principles
- Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered care
