Convenient Home Care Services, Inc. is currently seeking RNs in Home Care, for our clients in Metro Boston area as well as Merrimack Valley region. Per-diem hours, weekdays and weekends, morning and afternoon shifts. Job Summary/Responsibilities:Clinical director, Provides professional direct skilled services in clients homes within the scope of nursing practice standards in collaboration with primary care physicians; manages and evaluates clients plans of care, observes and assesses clients condition(s); trains and/or educates clients and their families; other duties as assigned. Professional skilled nursing is performed under the supervision of the Administrator, Director of Clinical Services or Branch Manager. Qualifications: (Preferred unless required by law)1. Currently licensed “in good standing” and registered in Massachusetts.2. Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a professional home care nurse.3. Effective oral communicator, strong written communication skills, and able to interact with many different individuals in a professional manner.4.
