Rehabilitation Services Supervisor - Home Care jobs in Tucson, AZ

Sabino Canyon is looking for an amazing Registered Nurse to join our team. The hours for this position are flexible and could be part-time or full-time depending on the nurse. We are excited to have someone that will help maintain our 5-star facility status, be an advocate for both staff and patients, and to have fun with both as well!

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the nursing department
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training and development
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patient outcomes and quality of care, making adjustments as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Skills:
- Experience in utilization review and triage processes
