Rehabilitation Services Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of the rehabilitation therapy function. Supervises the delivery of therapy programs to patients. Being a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor responsibilities include providing consultation to and monitoring the performance of the rehabilitation staff. Oversees staff and ensures that all policies and procedures are followed as set forth by the health care facility. Additionally, Rehabilitation Services Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires a license in the area of specialization. The Rehabilitation Services Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Staff Services Analyst – Business Specialist (BS) to perform the following job duties under the general supervision of the Team Manager, Staff Services Manager I, in the San Jose District/Salinas Office of the Vocational Rehabilitation Employment Division/Specialized Services Division, and working cooperatively with program units and supervisors throughout the District, the Staff Services Analyst (BS) in a working capacity provides a variety of analytical support relating to employment/placement activities, employment preparation skills, and marketing to increase employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Prepare activity dues to authorize services, monitor caseloads to ensure the caseload is in compliance with federal, state and local guidelines. Conduct intake interviews. Meet with clients to gather information needed for various phases in the vocational rehabilitation process. Communicate in a professional manner with staff at all levels, DOR consumers, employers, community partners and other stakeholders. Operate a variety of office equipment and computer hardware.
