Job Summary:
We are seeking a Weekend Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure quality care during weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and be knowledgeable in gerontology, dementia, and subacute care. This Supervisor will work 24 hours and be paid for 30 hours per week.

Duties:
- Supervise and support staff during weekend shifts

-Coordinate staffing to meet facility staffing levels
- Ensure compliance with facility standards and systems
- Provide guidance on IVs and patient care
- Coordinate admissions and discharges
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality services

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in respiratory management, changes in condition
- Familiarity with skilled nursing standards and procedures
- Strong skills in IV maintenance and case management
- Ability to work weekends and handle responsibilities effectively
