We are a Skilled Nursing Facility in Central Florida. Our primary function is to offer continuous nursing, medical, and other health and social services on a 24-hour basis, under physician directed care and RN supervision. We focus on providing care for patients who are not in the acute phase of illness or requiring services in a hospital and who require primary, restorative, or skilled nursing services on an inpatient or custodial care basis. Our goal is to help our patients reach a degree of self-care in essential daily living. We service a multitude of patients and their families at our facility, while remaining committed to the professional development of our staff, the functional improvement of our patients, and the cultivation of strong partnerships within our communities.

Director of Rehabilitation Services has administrative oversight of the entire rehab service line to include The Rehabilitation Institute at Client site, a 50 bed CARF accredited inpatient rehab facility, which includes a dedicated 6 bed brain injury unit, as well as both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and audiology services. With approx. 80 FTEs reporting to this position including a therapy manager and nurse manager, the rehab director is responsible for coordinating the overall operations and strategic direction for the rehab service line. CARF accreditation experience preferred. Client site is a level 1 trauma facility and is accredited by both The Joint Commission and DNV as a comprehensive Stroke Care facility. The Rehabilitation Institute at Client site supports the overall vision of serving our community’s rehab needs.

Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited program for Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology preferred Minimum. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in rehab disciplines. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management. Licensed in the state of FL which the therapist practices, according to state requirements.

$5000 Sign On Bonus
