Responsibilities: • Develops strategic goals, plans and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.

• Plans, organizes and directs all activities related to staffing, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.

• Prepares budgets for service area, ensures compliance, coordinates and directs audits.

• Directs and evaluates clinical activities to achieve performance and quality control objectives.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Required Credential(s): • One or more of the following:

• Audiologist credentialed from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

• Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

• Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the New York Board of Physical Therapy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

• Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the New York Board of Occupational Therapy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education:
