Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Social Services to join our team. As the Director of Social Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our social services department. This is a leadership role that requires strong administrative skills, program management expertise, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social service programs to meet the needs of our clients
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of social workers and support staff
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the social services department
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients
- Coordinate with other departments and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need
- Collaborate with community organizations to enhance service delivery
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the department

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong administrative skills, including program development, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of behavioral health issues and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse populations, including clients, staff, and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
