Reimbursement Services Director - Home Care directs and supervises the activities of the benefits claims and provider reimbursement personnel in a home care environment. Sets procedures for filing reimbursement claims and ensures timely and accurate claims payments. Being a Reimbursement Services Director - Home Care monitors, evaluates and reviews all cost reporting in support of reimbursement claims. Produces the documentation necessary for reimbursement, Medicare Compliance, and control of receivables. Additionally, Reimbursement Services Director - Home Care may require an advanced degree. We are seeking a full-time Staffing Coordinator for our Home Care Division to handle the staffing of caregivers. We are looking for an independent, self-starting, and reliable individual that possesses a high level of energy coupled with great attention to detail.
Duties involve onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel files, orienting new employees, and more. This is an entry-level position, and there will be on-the-job training. The ideal candidate for this will be a person with basic knowledge of HR concepts. He/she must be willing and eager to learn how to apply those concepts in an office setting. This is up to 90% remote position. Must have high-speed internet.
