Reimbursement Services Director - Home Care directs and supervises the activities of the benefits claims and provider reimbursement personnel in a home care environment. Sets procedures for filing reimbursement claims and ensures timely and accurate claims payments. Being a Reimbursement Services Director - Home Care monitors, evaluates and reviews all cost reporting in support of reimbursement claims. Produces the documentation necessary for reimbursement, Medicare Compliance, and control of receivables. Additionally, Reimbursement Services Director - Home Care may require an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Reimbursement Services Director - Home Care typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of in-home personal care services. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document client care activities and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
Skills:
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting or assisting with transfers
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR (preferred)
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals (preferred)
