Description

The Administrative Assistant within the Reimbursement Accounts Services Department performs administrative duties, customer service, and data entry related to reimbursement account administration. This role is responsible to ensure compliance & operational risk controls are in accordance with company policy and rules and regulations established under the IRS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative record keeping.
• Coordinate online enrollment setup for both administrative and implementation teams.
• Set up online enrollment software parameters specific to each client’s plan document details.
• Assist clients with online enrollment review.
• Monitor, research and correct out of balance accounts for both the Employer and Plan participants.
• Process participant enrollments, terminations and changes reported by employers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Work experience plus a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service in non-retail/food service environment
• Experience with Section 125, 105(h), 129, 132 plans is preferred
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities utilizing effective organizational and time management practices
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
