We are currently looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Social Services Director to join our team!

The Social Services Director at Big Horn plays an important and trusted role in the lives of our residents and their families. As the Social Services Director you and your team will be actively involved in the pre-admission and admissions processes. You will listen to and act compassionately with residents and their family members while providing individual and group help when needed. The Social Services Director also oversees the Social Services Department.

What you will bring to the table:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work required
• Experience working with the elderly required
• Strong ability to manage, multi-task and communicate effectively
• Excellent work ethic, intense drive and initiative for quality service
