Reimbursement Services Director directs and supervises the activities of the claims and provider reimbursement personnel. Handles third-party reimbursement for services rendered to patients. Being a Reimbursement Services Director sets procedures for filing reimbursement claims and ensures timely and accurate claims payments. Monitors, evaluates and reviews all cost reporting in support of reimbursement claims. Additionally, Reimbursement Services Director develops policies and procedures compliant with fiscal and regulatory requirements. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing mental health clinical supervision and consultation to our Service Facilitators and Direct Service Providers. You'll collaborate with other Clinical Supervisors to oversee your assigned team of 7-9 Service Facilitators, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLINICAL SUPERVISOR:
SALARY: $68,000-70,000
LOCATION: Office is based at the Kenosha County Job Center with flexibility to work hybrid/remote. Must be able to attend in-person meetings as needed with clients located throughout Kenosha County, Wisconsin.
SCHEDULE: Hours are typically Monday-Friday between 8:00am-6:00pm.
