May coordinate the exchange of underwriting information between the reinsurance market and the underwriting staff. Additionally, Reinsurance Clerk may process monthly premium billing statements and other reports. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- File and organize documents, records, and reports
- Perform data entry tasks to input and update information in databases
-Enter invoices and send to customers.
-Request and track change orders
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Skills:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
