Reinsurance Director is responsible for the administration of reinsurance plans. Maintains plan records and ensures compliance with federal regulations. Being a Reinsurance Director communicates with customers and assists with plan design and distribution when necessary. Ensures timely accounting, reporting and auditing. Additionally, Reinsurance Director researches and analyzes reinsurance prices and specifications. Communicates with underwriting area to verify the proper reinsurance administration is put in place. Supports the investigation of proposed reinsurance opportunities, rate comparisons, and profitability analysis. May have responsibility for reinsurance customer service. Has attained industry designations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Reinsurance Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Outpatient Treatment Center director oversees the management and coordination of all services provided within the Outpatient Treatment Center which includes a variety of specialty outpatient clinics, vascular access and infusion services. The director ensures strategies, priorities, and operations of the Outpatient Treatment Center are aligned and compliments The Joint Commission and other standards as applicable to each specialty service. Other responsibilities include financial budgeting, identifying and building new outreach offerings, and quality improvement to ensure the department runs effectively and aligns with Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare's mission and values.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's Degree
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
One to three years' supervisory experience

Plans, manages, and directs all department operations
