Overview:

Indiana Finance Compan is recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our collections team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a queue of customers, assisting them through the collection process, and ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding debts. This is a challenging role that requires strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls
• Review delinquent customer accounts
• Collect complete customer information, including the reason for delinquency, via telephone
• Make payment arrangements
• Monitor customer progress and make outbound collection calls
• Work with customers and internal staff to resolve delinquency

Requirements:

• Three years of collections experience is preferred
• High school diploma and some college preferred
• Goal oriented
• Commitment to excellence in customer service
• Clear and concise communicator with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
• Effective written and verbal communication skillsProblem-solving
• g skills and ability to work under pressure
• Display effective interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
• Strong integrity and work ethic are critical, as well as the ability to have fun and work in an engaging, highly collaborative team environment.t
• Collections experience with a focus on supporting customers for a successful future
• Automobile or loan finance company collection experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
