Relationship Manager - Sales manages personal banking staff and daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and develop client relationships. Focuses teams on identifying customer needs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Being a Relationship Manager - Sales ensures efficient processing of basic branch service transactions and accurate referrals to enable customers to access the right resource to facilitate other banking requests easily. Develops processes that enable staff to provide rapid research and solutions to account issues, answers to customer inquiries, and effective education and training on banking self-service technology. Additionally, Relationship Manager - Sales requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Relationship Manager - Sales supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Executes Recurring Sales Excellence: Acts as the primary contact for existing clients and builds long-term relationships through room visits. Improves member retention, growth and recurring revenue through conversions, upselling and relationships. Promotes membership upgrades, add-on’s opportunities to increase memberships through renewal of benefits, performing past-member outreach and fee management activities. Collaborates with the team to ensure service satisfaction, including problem solving to construct win-win solutions.
Executes New Sales Excellence: Performs the HairClub consultation including a thorough discovery, value building, hair loss assessment, matching the client needs with the appropriate solution(s) and overcoming objections to enroll a new member. Follows through with every new member from first contact to initial membership, ensure client profile is accurately maintained. Utilizes sound organizational skills to follow through on potential members that did not show or purchase. Generates new sales opportunities via cold calling, events and member referrals. Achieves new business revenue and volume goals.
Ensures Sales Compliance and Mitigates risk: Complies with all HairClub Business Rules and HairClub Professional Standards.
