Relationship Manager - Sales manages personal banking staff and daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and develop client relationships. Focuses teams on identifying customer needs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Being a Relationship Manager - Sales ensures efficient processing of basic branch service transactions and accurate referrals to enable customers to access the right resource to facilitate other banking requests easily. Develops processes that enable staff to provide rapid research and solutions to account issues, answers to customer inquiries, and effective education and training on banking self-service technology. Additionally, Relationship Manager - Sales requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Relationship Manager - Sales supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Relationship Manager - Sales typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.     We are seeking a dynamic relationship focused and results-driven individual to join our team. The ideal person for the role will have strong communication skills, take initiative, be self-managed, and enjoy building relationships.

    This role is responsible for building relationships with key clients, centers of influence, and referral partners.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Generate new commercial business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with commercial property holders, property managers, insurance agents, plumbers and HVAC contractors, and real estate brokers.
    • Drive referrals through proactive activities, networking, and lead generation.
    • Promote and market True North Restoration to new customers, targeting major accounts and referral partners.
    • Lead participation in industry functions, such as trade shows and marketing events.
    • Document and track prospect and client data using our CRM system.
    • Conduct face-to-face meetings and focus on generating high-value leads.
    • Identify appropriate target accounts and effectively sell our services.
    • Meet sales activity thresholds through client and prospect meetings, events, calls, and emails.
    • Document and track opportunities and business development activities in our CRM program.

    • Problem-solving skills to resolve issues and conflicts that may arise in client relationships.
    • Time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
    • Ability to attend networking functions beyond normal business hours.
    • Intermediate-level Microsoft Office or Google Docs skills; ability to learn computer systems quickly.
    • Experience inputting and tracking sales-related data into a CRM system.
    • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
    • Outgoing, driven, and team-oriented attitude.

    Job Type: Full-time
