Relationship Manager - Sales manages personal banking staff and daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and develop client relationships. Focuses teams on identifying customer needs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Being a Relationship Manager - Sales ensures efficient processing of basic branch service transactions and accurate referrals to enable customers to access the right resource to facilitate other banking requests easily. Develops processes that enable staff to provide rapid research and solutions to account issues, answers to customer inquiries, and effective education and training on banking self-service technology. Additionally, Relationship Manager - Sales requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Relationship Manager - Sales supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. PURPOSE OF POSITION: Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Relationship Manager develops and manages a portfolio of key donors through moves management, leading them on a donor journey to maximize their lifetime value to our critical mission. The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing strategies for the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors with a special focus on transformational giving prospects.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Five to ten years of major giving, sales, or other similar experience.
SCHEDULE:
Working flexible hours as required to meet client needs during events which may take place outside of regular Monday-Friday business hours; this may include evenings, weekends, and early mornings.
SKILLS:
Must be a self-starter, goal oriented and team player with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have demonstrated ability to personalize Covenant House Florida Mission to donors depending upon demographic variables and exercise appropriate judgement. Strong problem solving and negotiating skills with the ability to persuade and motivate others. Excellent communication skills as demonstrated by concise, timely and professional correspondence, both written and verbal. Must be able to utilize and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel. PowerPoint, Outlook, donor base management systems, and internet-based software.
TRANSPORTATION:
Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License with acceptable driving record. This position requires the incumbent to travel regularly to visit key donors throughout Florida.
