Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, business-minded individual to lead our sales effort. This is a role for someone with a proven ability to create and manage multiple lead generation efforts and close a sale for Daycare enrollments, and Boarding stays.

The primary responsibility is to grow the number of dogs in daycare.

• Fully understand the daycare and boarding model
• Fully understand and be able to effectively explain the benefits of our services
• Sell Daycare Enrollments to new pet parents
• Plan and manage the Social Media campaign(s) for the Center
• Establish and manage the outside marketing effort for the Center
• Manage the referral program
• Convert generated leads to a Meet and Greet at the Center
• Convert the Meet & Greets to a sale
• Conduct the Center Tour to prospective pet parents at the Meet & Greet
• Manage the communications between prospective leads and the Center
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Requirements:

o Proven work experience in sales
o Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
o Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
o Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
o Relationship management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
