Relationship Manager - Sales manages personal banking staff and daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and develop client relationships. Focuses teams on identifying customer needs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Being a Relationship Manager - Sales ensures efficient processing of basic branch service transactions and accurate referrals to enable customers to access the right resource to facilitate other banking requests easily. Develops processes that enable staff to provide rapid research and solutions to account issues, answers to customer inquiries, and effective education and training on banking self-service technology. Additionally, Relationship Manager - Sales requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Relationship Manager - Sales supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Relationship Manager - Sales typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.     Position:

    • Full-time
    • In-person

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary contact for all inbound seller communications, ensuring a responsive and professional first point of interaction. 
    • Efficiently manage and nurture leads within our CRM, guiding potential sellers from initial contact to readiness for acquisition. 
    • Coordinate closely with the dispositions team to ensure seamless transaction processes. 
    • Analyze market trends to continuously refine lead engagement strategies. 
    • Generate regular reports detailing lead management activities and outcomes.
    • Will also help with building and nurture realtor relationships, and wholesaler relationships. 

    Qualification:

    • Demonstrated success in a role requiring direct customer interaction and lead management. 
    • Real estate background strongly preferred. 
    • High proficiency in using CRM software to manage and nurture leads. 
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines. 
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
    • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. 
    • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude. 
    • Must fit company core values.

    Compensation:

    • $25.00 / hour commissions
