Relationship Manager - Sales manages personal banking staff and daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and develop client relationships. Focuses teams on identifying customer needs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Being a Relationship Manager - Sales ensures efficient processing of basic branch service transactions and accurate referrals to enable customers to access the right resource to facilitate other banking requests easily. Develops processes that enable staff to provide rapid research and solutions to account issues, answers to customer inquiries, and effective education and training on banking self-service technology. Additionally, Relationship Manager - Sales requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Relationship Manager - Sales supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This position actively identifies the financial needs of the members of Notre Dame Federal Credit Union and seeks out opportunities to meet their consumer borrowing needs, while referring other needs to appropriate partners. This position will be responsible for aiding in the consumer and commercial loan and deposit growth of NDFCU by assisting with SEG Development and on-site sign-up events. This position will also have responsibilities of assisting with branch and/or Shamrock Center duties. This position will initiate outbound calls to strengthen relationships with members and increase our overall share in the market. This position will actively seek referrals and follow up on new leads while identifying sales prospects. This position will actively contribute to the achievement of sales and service goals to meet both professional and business goals while achieving member satisfaction, revenue generation, and establishing long-term member relationships.
