Job Description:
Provide a stable framework for development, deployment, audit and accountability for software test and troubleshoot code before release. Develop software from the ground up and deploy it to end users. Work closely with other developers, customers and project managers to determine the functional requirements of the software or application, then use various scripting and programming languages to develop, test and deploy the software. Monitor version control efforts and ensure that the most current version of the software includes all necessary updates. Lead bug fixing and troubleshooting for each software version, including review of user-reported bugs, crash logs and software reviews to identify areas that need improvement and attention. Propose and implement fixes that resolve bugs without interrupting functionality or stability. Maintain software documentation for internal use and for the end user.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign educational equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other closely related IT field. Must have 3 years of postbaccalaureate experience as a DevOps Engineer or other closely related DevOps role. The 3 years of experience must include experience with Azure DevOps; GIT, Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS); Helm charts; Terraform; Prometheus; Loki; Thanos; Grafana; Promtail; WhiteSource; and SonarQube.
