Maintenance Engineer
Amalgamated Sugar Company – Paul, Idaho
Amalgamated Sugar Company is seeking a Maintenance Engineer at our Mini-Cassia factory located in Paul, Idaho, with experience with Engineering systems in the manufacturing environment and a working knowledge of all current Engineering design, maintenance, production, process, and manufacturing practices.
More specifically, this position will provide design and engineering needs as well as technical support for the implementation of Code Welding "R" stamp work. Additionally this position will assist the Maintenance Department in the development and the maintaining of CAM Preventative and Predictive Maintenance Program, conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), develop critical path schedules and standards for major maintenance overhauls and outages, establish and monitor programs for critical equipment analysis and condition monitoring techniques, ensure equipment is properly designed, selected and installed based on a life-cycle philosophy of an asset.
Additional responsibilities for this position include working with various departments to ensure equipment is performing effectively and efficiently, conduct cost-effective benefit review of all maintenance programs and prepare reports for various level of the organization. This position also must analyze different equipment and operating data to make recommendations on repair, oversee non-destructive equipment testing and perform calculations for Maintenance and Repair (M&R).

Qualifications:
