Religious Educator conducts religious education courses. Responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, and leading and moderating discussion. Being a Religious Educator may work from religious texts or standardized course templates. Evaluates and monitors student's performance, and helps students identify and pursue personal goals. Additionally, Religious Educator assesses and documents students' progress. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an associate pastor or pastor. The Religious Educator work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be a Religious Educator typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.     Summary:

    Seeking Duchesne Upper School Students to help with Lower School Extended Afternoon. This is an opportunity to work with the younger students, PK- 4th grades building community in a nurturing, positive atmosphere. 

    Hours: Monday – Friday 3:45- 6:00 p.m.


    Primary Responsibilities: 

    · Arrive on time

    · Assist Extended Afternoon Staff with various activities

    · Interact with and watch over students

    · Assist with picking up students from after school classes 

    · Participate in activities with students

    Requirements

      

    Minimum Education/Prior Experience/Qualifications Required
