Reporting up to the Dialysis Manager and Charge Nurse, the Critical Care Registered Nurse oversees patient care throughout the shift. This person will work closely with other RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HUCs, and Medical professionals in order to ensure compassionate and competent care.
Throughout the shift, the Dialysis RN organizes medication administration as well as documentation for the patients. The RN will respond to medical emergencies and work in a fast-paced environment. The Dialysis RN communicates with patients, families, and hospital employees.
